Jaime Horn Memorial
Softball Scholarship Application

 

This application must be received by September 1st of each year.

You must have played in one or more years of Babe Ruth Softball and you must be a graduating Senior in order to apply for the Jaime Horn Memorial Softball Scholarship. A letter of recommendtion must be provided to complete the application process. Academic grades and receiving other scholarships and/or grants is not a factor in considering your application.

Please fax (609-695-2505) or email (scholarships@baberuthleague.org) your letter of recommendation so as to arrive by September 1st. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt of this application (with the Record ID number indicated).
