Scholarship Program Application

 

This application must be received by July 1st of each year.

You must be a graduating Senior to apply for the Babe Ruth Scholarship. A copy of your transcript and a letter of recommendtion must be provided to complete the application process.

Please fax (609-695-2505) or email (scholarships@baberuthleague.org) your transcript and letter of recommendation so as to arrive by July 1st. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt of this application (with the Record ID number indicated).

 

Please accept my application for consideration of the Babe Ruth Scholarship Program. My Transcripts and Letter of Recommendation will be provided under seperate cover.
